FAQ'S

Do we need a Reservation?

Yes, reservations are required and we highly suggest purchasing them online in advance, or a few days prior at our ticket booth. You may also call: 252-728-7827 to book with our friendly office staff.

What about parking?

We anticipate that the majority of our passengers will board the “Revenge” while site seeing on and around Front Street. Consider your time frame when parking and pay close attention to the signs posted. There are a few lots that have free parking for the day and there are signs pointing to them.

How long are your cruises?

Our trip times average 90 minutes. There are no restrooms aboard the boat, so we do encourage our customers to use the restroom shortly before departure. There will be a bathroom break reminder at time of check in and there are restrooms located very close to our ticket booth.

What's the vessel capacity and what safety equipment is on board?

The "REVENGE" is Coast Guard certified to carry a maximum of 48 passengers and has plenty of seating available. We have safety equipment on board, including radar, ship-to-shore radio, life jackets, state of the art electronics, and full compliance of all USCG required equipment.

What should I wear/bring on board?

Water, beverages, and snacks are more than welcomed on board our vessel. We highly recommend bringing water for hydration during the hot summer months, there will be water available for purchase as well!

Attire will vary depending if you are taking a day cruise or a pirate party cruise, and also the time of year you will be cruising. We suggest wearing comfortable clothing and avoiding high heels. You may want to bring along some sunscreen and wear your bathing suit under clothes in the summer months. In the fall, light jackets or sweaters are recommended when out on the water.

Our Captain and Crew will be wearing authentic pirate attire and we encourage our visitors to do so as well.

What happens in inclement weather?

Passenger safety is our number one concern here at Beaufort Pirates Revenge and we will not sail in the event of inclement weather. While a little light rain isn't enough to stop our tough pirates, we will cancel in the event of heavy down pours, high winds, and lightening. Should Beaufort Pirates Revenge Management be forced to cancel due to unsafe weather conditions, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue refunds. Please provide your contact information for the day of your scheduled departure, so in the event of cancellation we may contact you directly as soon as possible.

Which payment methods do you accept for tickets or merchandise?

We accept all major credit cards and cash as payment. We highly recommend purchasing tickets on our website, or through calling our office, to expedite your boarding process.

What is Beaufort Pirates Revenge’s Cancellation Policy?

Our policy states that ticket holders have 24 hours prior to their scheduled departure to cancel their reservation. In the event of a ‘no show’ no monies will be refunded.

Make sure to allow plenty of time to park and prepare for your trip. We operate on a strict schedule and need to leave the dock on time. Don’t take a chance on being left behind! If the “Revenge” cancels a Pirate Cruise due to unsafe weather conditions, or mechanical malfunction, a full refund will be issued.

Private Groups and Charters

All Private groups and charters are required to pay a 25% non-refundable deposit to reserve the planned date and time of their special event. All groups booking the vessel for private events run the risk of inclement weather. In the event your scheduled Private Charter is canceled due to inclement weather, we will attempt to reschedule to another date, or refund all money collected over the non-refundable deposit.
